In these strange and challenging times TGAC and its partners continue to use the government guidelines as the baseline for decision making for engaging with clients, partners and the public.

We have extensive experience working internationally and with dispersed and multidisciplinary teams, and use VTCs, online interviews, collaborative digital tools for knowledge sharing and workshop facilitation, as well as delivering virtual presentations.

We appreciate that every client and the individuals we engage with have different needs and concerns regarding their health and safety.

While there are some experiences that translate fairly directly into the world of digital and virtual working, we know that often, this translation is not like-for-like.

Our commitment is to work with you to discuss, adapt and tailor our approaches and interactions so that as many participants as possible can feel confident and safe in their participation.

What we decide together will ensure that TGAC can do our job effectively, barriers to participation are minimised, and that work will be completed in line with the agreed project timeline.
